Mercury Drug Brings Suki Community Together for First-Ever Suki DASH

August 30 marked a new milestone for the Mercury Drug Suki community, as customers, partners, and running enthusiasts gathered at the Filinvest City Event Grounds for the first-ever Mercury Drug Suki DASH – Dedicated Advocacy to Sustainable Health, a community run centered on fitness, connection, and a shared commitment to healthier living.

Held in partnership with RUNRIO, the event brought together roughly 10,400 registered participants across the 3KM, 5KM, and 10KM race categories. More than a run, Suki DASH provided an opportunity for members of the Mercury Drug community to come together beyond their usual transactions, sharing a morning built around movement, camaraderie, and personal well-being.

The scale of the event was matched by the strong support of the company’s partners, with 70 sponsors participating and contributing to the experience. Among them was PHILUSA Corporation, which joined the celebration through a dedicated booth where a selection of its products was given to race finishers. These included Cleene Ethyl Alcohol, Cleene Foaming Hand Soap, Cleene Antibacterial Wipes, Cleene CLIO Toothbrush, RHEA Superscent Oil, MENTOPAS Medicated Plaster, Albatross Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Albatross Disinfectant Spray, and Albatross Luxy Samplers.

PHILUSA’s participation reflected the company’s long-standing relationship with Mercury Drug and its shared interest in initiatives that bring health closer to Filipino communities.

Suki DASH draws inspiration from the legacy of the company’s founder, Dr. Mariano Que, whose first steps in service began with a simple but enduring commitment to making health and medicine more accessible to Filipinos.
