Trade Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible on the following:
- Establish rapport and professional business relations with the Marketing and Sales Officers and Personnel,
- Lead the development and implementation of the category sales strategy, channel strategy, and shopper activations,
- Development and deployment of account plans for field sales to implement in the market,
- Lead the development of POP materials by channel for on-going promotions/ shopper activations,
- Deployment and tracking of merchandising materials,
- Promotion evaluation of key brand BTL activities for spending efficiency and effectiveness, and
- Support Field Sales team and marketing with data gathering in the field like market trends, competitors’ activity, pricing, inventory movement.
Job Qualification:
- College Graduate
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to work effectively and influence across multiple functions and levels
- Ability to lead teams and coach the team to develop
- With sales or marketing background
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP
