Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete processing of customers’ sales orders through the Electronic Purchase Order (ePO) system.
  • To provide SAP reports and internal satisfaction service assistance.
  • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate or its equivalent years of service to the company.
  • Previous experience in a Logistics Company is an advantage
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • With SAP knowledge is an advantage
