Brand Manager
Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible on the following:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned ethical pharmaceutical products within RHEA Generics’ portfolio. Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the ethical pharmaceutical market.
- Manage the marketing budget and track Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns, ensuring responsible spending and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), customers, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to strategies while maintaining compliance.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates within the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
Job Qualifications:
He/She must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
- Minimum Three (3) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically with ethical products,
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and ethical marketing practices,
- Experience with digital marketing, brand management, and market research within the pharmaceutical sector,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and
- Experience with product launches is a plus.
