Financial Analyst
Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Provides monthly expense schedule to team leaders for their review and monitoring,
- Provides and communicates financial data to department heads as a basis in developing their yearly budget,
- Review department heads’ budget proposal for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies,
- Conducts reconciliation of accounts,
- Record year-end accruals, and
- Recommends action by analyzing and interpreting financial data and making comparative analyses.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
