Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Provides monthly expense schedule to team leaders for their review and monitoring,
  • Provides and communicates financial data to department heads as a basis in developing their yearly budget,
  • Review department heads’ budget proposal for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies,
  • Conducts reconciliation of accounts,
  • Record year-end accruals, and
  • Recommends action by analyzing and interpreting financial data and making comparative analyses.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
