Customer Service Assistant
Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete processing of customers’ sales orders through the Electronic Purchase Order (ePO) system.
- To provide SAP reports and internal satisfaction service assistance.
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate
- With previous experience in a Logistics Company is an advantage
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- With SAP knowledge is an advantage
