Business Application Analyst


Job Description

The candidate who will analyze business requirements and recommend, design, implement the appropriate system solution; develop, test, deploy, and maintain SAP ABAP programs and interfaces in accordance with business requirements and development standards; and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior must meet the following qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

    1. College graduate with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or Business Management and allied courses (or its equivalent years of service in the company).
    2. Knowledgeable in systems design, process and relational analysis
    3. Proactive, results-oriented, flexible and hardworking
    4. Organized and able to work under minimum supervision
    5. Strong sense of urgency
    6. Positive attitude and customer service oriented
    7. Good interpersonal skills and possess good team spirit
    8. Planning and coordination skills
    9. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    10. Knowledge of the company’s general policies and procedures
    11. Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and SAP
    12. Other important skill dimensions – work management, meeting facilitation, presentation skills, quality orientation, and collaboration
    13. Impeccable integrity
